Hello, I am Rosalie Henry, Licensed Massage Therapist, in Reno, Nevada, NVMT1369, since 2003.

Specializing in gentle therapies that assist in the healing and well-being processes of life.

Whatever you needs, issues or expectations, or no defined expectations at all, I encourage you call me to see if we both feel this may be right for you, if you feel comfortable, or if a referral may assist you.

How I work

I have over 20 years of training and experience in many areas of health and well-being, including lymphatic, fascia, neuromuscular, brain/cranial/meninges, trauma and emotional release and energy assistance to facilitate improved health and healing.

All sessions are gentle and dynamic and unlike oil/lotion massage, you stay clothed. Focus is on the reduction of stress, pain, and discomfort while increasing a sense of well-being and flexibility. You can expect positive, transformative results immediately, and as many stated, "feel lighter, taller, breathe easier and just feel different in a good way".

These techniques are especially beneficial for those of us experiencing pain and discomfort from injury, chronic conditions, anticipating or recovering from surgery and even traumatic experiences.

A more joyous, abundant life awaits you when you achieve better health.

Please feel free to call me, Rosalie, to discuss your needs and see if this is right for you, or if I can assist with a referral. 775-846-0227.

What to expect

When asking my clients what is most important about their sessions, they have said,

                Feeling safe

Having sessions tailored to their needs/issues

                Getting therapeutic results that last

                Leaving relaxed and feeling better

                Learning more about self-care

Some client responses (following first sessions):

“That was more relaxing than any massage I ever had.”

“I haven’t felt this flexible in years!“

“I slept like a lamb and woke up purring like a kitten.”

“You didn’t force anything.  I don’t feel beat up, in fact I feel really balanced and loose.”

“I don’t know what happened, but something big shifted!”
